How Do I Pay?

Payment is taken at point of order for one-time fixes and our packages. Our Minor, Medium & Major Packages are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide otherwise. All payments are taken via Paypal to make it as easy and as secure as possible for you. Please note, the Paypal pathway also accepts credit and debit cards if you don’t have a Paypal account.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, you are not locked into a contract. We do not believe in lock in contracts.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a fix guarantee on all of our one-off requests, if we can’t solve your issue we will give you a 100% refund. For our monthly packages, we offer a 100% fully guaranteed refund during the first 14 days of service. Once the 14 days have passed we refund the remaining month or up to 80% of the remaining year.

What if I don't need monthly support?

We highly recommend monthly support as it includes security and health checks which can prevent any major issues. However, if all you need is help with a single task, you are able to request a one-off fix.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You are able to cancel your subscription anytime through the 'Account Details' page on your Dashboard.

What if I want to purchase a package but not in a subscription?

Unfortunately you are unable to purchase a one-off package. We highly recommend monthly support as it includes security and health checks which can prevent any major issues.

What if I purchase the yearly subscription but I want to cancel?

You are able to cancel your subscription anytime through the 'Account Details' page on your Dashboard.

Can I change my package when I’m on a subscription?

Yes! You have the option to upgrade or downgrade your subscription through your Dashboard on the 'Account Details' page.

What if I need to add more hours?

Depending on the package you have chosen, your submitted ticket may require more time than what is stated on your quota. We allow the option of putting your ticket ‘On Hold’ and waiting until the time renews next month or you can purchase ‘Add On’ hours through the 'Account Details' page on your Dashboard. Our team will advise you how much ‘Add On’ time will be required to complete your ticket if you choose the option. We do advise that you have at least 2 weeks left in your monthly quota to ensure you get the most out of your plan.

How are my tickets prioritised?

Each ticket is addressed based on the order of submission. We aim to address every ticket in a timely matter, however during peak times there may be a slight delay in the completion of your ticket.

How will I know if I need more hours?

What if I don’t know the login details to my WordPress?

Majority of lodged issues require your WordPress login details. WordPress provides a ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login screen, simply follow the prompts and renew your password. If you have any troubles, please contact us and we will assist you.

What is FTP?

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It is another way of transferring/updating website files to and from your hosting. This is the recommended process for jobs such as hosting migration etc.

What if I change hosting / WordPress login details / FTP during my subscription?

That’s not a problem! In the ‘Website Details’ section you have the ability to edit your website information to keep it up to date.

What if I have a Squarespace website?

At this time we are focused on WordPress help only. We are looking to expand to other Content Management Systems in the future.

Does it matter which webhost I use?

We highly recommend using a quality web host, however we are happy to work with any host provider. If you’re unsure what hosting provider to use, we highly recommend SiteGround.

What if I just want phone support?

We use our ticketing system instead of phone support as we prefer having all issue details documented to ensure a successful fix. In our Major monthly package, you are able to ask us any questions anytime by contacting us here.

Do you offer web hosting?

We do not offer web hosting. However if you are after a reliable, reasonably priced and quality host provider we strongly recommend using SiteGround.
